DBA – PhD in Operational Management

The DBA program in Operational Management at IIDM , consisting of 180 ECTS credits, is intended to provide business students, managers, practitioners, and leaders with advanced knowledge, research, and analytical skills to tackle the most challenging business issues. Unlike master’s degree programs, the DBA program emphasizes the practical application of theory to actual business challenges. The program offered by IIDM for a Doctor of Business Administration degree in Operational Management is both flexible and demanding, as it can be completed fully online and allows students to set their own pace. The duration of the program will depend on whether students opt for a coursework or research-based pathway. While the majority of students complete the program within three years, those on the research pathway may earn the qualification in a shorter period.
