Global Resourcing Talent and Reward Management
The aim of this course is to provide a comprehensive understanding of the relationship between talent performance and reward management, performance and reward management systems, effective talent sourcing and retention, employee reward management and payment systems, and introduction to talent management. Upon completion, participants will have the knowledge and practical tools to effectively design, implement, and manage a performance and reward management system that aligns with organizational goals and values, attract, retain and motivate talented employees, and implement effective talent management strategies to support organizational success.
