The aim of this short course is to provide participants with an understanding of leadership and organizational behavior principles and practices, and how they can be applied to promote effective leadership and organizational success.It explores the key concepts and theories that underpin our understanding of organizations, including their structure, culture, and behaviour. Through a combination of lectures, discussions, and case studies, learners will gain a solid grounding in the key concepts and frameworks of leadership and organizational behaviour.
